How it works

Do I book through the website?

Yes. Add the items that you want to your cart, select the date(s) of your event, and checkout. No payment information is required at this stage. This simply creates the order with your information for us to review.

We will review the order to confirm that we have the inventory and availability to deliver the requested items to your location. After the order has been approved, you will receive an email with a payment request link. Depending on the exact location of your event, a delivery fee will be included in the request.


What is the delivery fee?

While our rental prices include the costs to setup and breakdown the items, a delivery fee will be added to your order to cover the cost of delivery and pickup. The delivery fee will depend on exactly where your event is located, so please include this information in the order checkout. Charging this fee helps us to keep rental prices as low as possible on individual items.

Events located in postal codes near Dauphin Street in Mobile have the lowest fee, while neighboring areas will have a higher fee. Use the table to estimate the delivery cost for your event. These prices include both delivery and pickup. If you do not see your location listed, we may still be able to deliver to you. You can continue with your order or reach out to us, and we will do what we can to accomadate your situation.
